FinTurk Launches Advisor-Built CRM With $8 Billion RIA Chicago Partners
FinTurk officially launched its advisor-built CRM platform out of beta, announcing Chicago Partners Wealth Advisors, an RIA with over $8 billion in assets under management, as its first enterprise customer.
Why it was built
While working as an advisor, founder Mitchell Bratina found himself building tools to handle manual processes and fill gaps in existing CRM systems. As those tools gained traction, it became clear there was a broader need for a platform designed around how firms actually operate.
What Chicago Partners saw
Instead of wrestling with workflows, FinTurk has allowed our advisors to focus on client relationships while streamlining day-to-day operations. The result is faster response times, more thorough meeting preparation and the ability to serve more households without sacrificing service quality.
— Nicholas Guido, Partner & COO, Chicago Partners
The release was distributed on Business Wire, and the launch was covered by InvestmentNews and Family Wealth Report.
Since launch
When FinTurk came out of beta in May 2026, Chicago Partners Wealth Advisors was already running on it. More than 50 advisors had moved off Practifi in an eight-day migration covering 3,000+ client relationships and nearly 20 years of activity history. The change showed up first in the day-to-day: meeting preparation that took thirty minutes now takes five, and the firm adopted CashSweep to streamline its billing cycles. The full account is in the Chicago Partners case study.
Three months after launch, FinTurk was named a finalist in the Operations Product or Service Innovation category of the 2026 ThinkAdvisor Luminaries Awards — see the Luminaries finalist announcement. In between, founder Mitchell Bratina's views on advisor CRM appeared in The Wealth Advisor, Advisorpedia, and Wealth Solutions Report.
The product line has filled out since May. CashSweep and CashRaise, the original cash-management tools, run sweeps and raises in bulk across every client account. PortfolioSolver, which turns client constraints into proposed trade sets, is available now and included on every plan. FormFiller fills client paperwork from CRM data and is in beta access.
