Choosing between them
Jump may fit better if
Your firm wants the option to record. Jump can record and transcribe meetings under your firm's retention and consent settings, or run with no recording at all.
You open accounts during client meetings. Jump's Onboard add-on completes account applications live, in the meeting.
You want one core plan. Jump Meet is a single $100 plan, with add-ons only if you need them.
Zocks may fit better if
Your firm doesn't want recordings at all. Zocks never records meetings.
You want a lower starting price. Zocks Essentials is $67 per user per month billed annually.
You want forms filled from conversations. Zocks fills intake, fact-finder, and account forms from what clients say, on Professional and up.
A third option: a notetaker built into your CRM
Jump and Zocks both work alongside the CRM you already have. Some advisor CRMs now include a notetaker of their own: Wealthbox sells its AI Notetaker as a $49 per user add-on, Practifi includes one with its Sentir CRM, and FinTurk includes one on every plan.
If you're happy with your current CRM, Jump or Zocks adds a notetaker to it. If you're choosing a CRM anyway, a built-in notetaker means one fewer vendor. FinTurk's, for example, pulls in the Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet transcript after each call, with no bot in the meeting. It doesn't cover Webex, or form filling and account opening during the meeting.
Jump vs Zocks: common questions
What's the difference between Jump and Zocks?
Both are AI notetakers built for financial advisors that prepare you for meetings, take notes, and update your CRM. The main differences are recording and scope: Jump lets your firm choose whether meetings are recorded and sells real-time account opening and growth tools as add-ons, while Zocks never records and fills forms from client conversations on its higher plans.
Which is cheaper, Jump or Zocks?
Zocks starts lower. Zocks Essentials is $67 per user per month billed annually, against $100 per advisor for Jump Meet. Zocks Professional, which adds form filling, is $117, and Ultimate is $184. Jump's Onboard and Grow add-ons are $50 each.
Does Jump record meetings?
Only if your firm chooses to. Jump supports 100% no-recording capture, or recording and transcription with retention and consent set to your firm's policies. Zocks never records.
Do I need a separate AI notetaker if my CRM has one?
Not necessarily. Some advisor CRMs now include a notetaker. FinTurk's is built into every plan: it pulls in the Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet transcript after each call, with no bot in the meeting, and drafts the summary and action items in your CRM. If you're happy with your current CRM, Jump or Zocks adds a notetaker to it.
